Many people probably remember our roasting style as Light - Medium roast. In fact, we have been working with dark roast coffee for a while. We believe that good dark roast coffee should come from using good quality coffee that is suitable for dark roasting. After we found the coffee and started experimenting with roasting for a while, we are proud to present our first signature blend of dark roast coffee, “OKINAWA BLACK SUGAR”.

Our dark roast is designed to have a full body, high sweetness, and low acidity. The bitterness is low to medium for cleanliness and easy drinking.
