This batch comes from our favorite washed-process producer, Trakool Roikaew, at Por Krai Farm in Mae Ton Luang, Chiangmai, Thailand. Last year, when we visited the farm, we were impressed by its ideal geography for coffee growing. At 1,500 masl, nestled in a lush valley, the coffee trees thrive in perfect conditions.

Over the decades, Por Krai has introduced more Typica and Bourbon varieties, adding a floral character unique among Thai coffees. Combined with a unique washed process, this coffee boasts a smooth, silky body, a red tea-like flavor, and subtle floral notes. Each sip reflects the dedication and passion poured into this coffee by the Por Krai team.
